I have read and understand the rules and guidelines found in this brochure and agree to abide by them, as well as all applicable FCC rules. I understand that I am acting as my own Control Operator during my phone patches and assume all responsibility for them unless I am applying only for a "viewer/listener" membership, under which I will not attempt to use any of the repeater features. I understand that a Novice class operator may not be a Control Operator. I will not make any business related autopatch calls.

EXPLANATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS: Your yearly donations go to pay for the operating expenses of the system: power bills, telephone bills, repair parts, insurance and other monthly expenses. All monies are applied to the system. No one pockets a cent.
OWNERSHIP: The reason we are so progressive and flexible is that we are a "Group"- not a "Club". The various pieces of equipment are privately owned and provided for Amateur hobby use by several Group members and represent an investment of more than $40,000!. Payment of this operating/autopatch contribution in no way implies that users have any ownership or control in the system.
Our membership year begins on April 1st of each year. New members joining after Jan 1st automatically have a one year extension added to their membership. ie: joining February 6th 2001 carrries you through to March 31, 2002.
